Most of Tanzania’s coffee is grown around Mt. Kilimanjaro and Mt. Meru near Kenya. The coffee is often sold as a peaberry (a single small, rounded bean which forms inside the cherry, rather than the two-sided beans.) Tanzanian coffee displays good acidity and can be similar to Kenyan in favor, but is milder and less complex.
