A light bodied cup with light acidity and hints of fruitiness, it is pleasantly mild and noticeably nutty taste. This coffee is decaffeinated through what is known as a natural process which in turn produces a high quality decaffeinated bean. The extraction is done by using these three major components: water, steam, and ethyl acetate; ethyl acetate being a naturally occurring organic compound found in some fruits.
